It certainly is a must for all prospective corporate flight attendants who are either planning or in the throes of becoming a flight attendant whether they are located in the USA, Australia, United Kingdom or any other place in the world. The author express a warm sincere feeling which flowed through each and every chapter.It is obvious that the authour is people oriented and has their best interests at heart even right down to the finest of details in personal attention. You would want to always fly with an airline that could provide such a personalized and thoroughly professional service. Choice of words were excellently put together as were the structure of each sentence. On an overall review this book should be an outstanding bestseller
