I am about to be indicted for investment fraud and forgery it was a low amount only 0 ,000 but i am still terrified that i am going to go to prison . what do people think

Investment fraud is investment fraud. Your intentions were the same regardless of the amount of money involved, and that’s usually the stance that the courts take. If what you’ve done has affected other people then that will always add to any punishment too…
It’s really hard to say without knowing any details, but I think you should be preparing yourself for a short time in prison, could be a month or two, could easily end up being 10 years depending on the circumstances.
